Are you ready for some football!?

As the NFL playoffs get underway, we found out that apparently Rome is bigger fan of football than we realized. I’m not sure what prompted him to do this as I rarely (if ever) talk about football let alone watch any games. Perhaps it’s a recessive athletic gene from somewhere in our ancestry. It’s certainly not from me.

New Video

It’s been a little while since we posted a new video of Rome, so here you go. Oh, I should probably clarify something: Peanut is the name of a stuffed animal that we got for the new baby and Rome is currently taking care of. Thus when I’m asking Rome “what does Peanut say?” I’m essentially asking “what does an elephant say?” It’s my favorite animal sound that Rome does.

The ABC Song…sort of

Rome has really started to mimic us when we sing and one of his new favorites is the ABC Song. He especially likes the part that goes “Q, R, S…T, U, V”. We hope you enjoy the video and we’ve also posted some new photos.

Go Cards!

Now that baseball season is in full swing again, Rome is ready to cheer on the Cardinals in the hopes of another World Series Championship. It’s a short video, but oh so cute!

Kung-Fu Fighting

You can’t see it very well in the video, but we put the plastic wrap from a roll of wrapping paper around Rome’s head, giving the appearance of a kung-fu fighter. Enjoy!
